 Monday, Wednesday & Friday Mornings at 8:00 A.M.

Ride will  have various  routes, speeds, distances and destinations. 

Usually a 18-20 mph ride for about 30-35 miles.

Sometimes it might also be a 16-18 mph group.

*This is a meet and ride, NOT an official SBW ride*

No designated ride leader.

 After the ride, make sure to stay and enjoy coffee and a bagel.

We ride a rotating pace line and emphasize traffic rules- stopping at stop signs, red lights, etc. 

We treat each other with respect and leave no man or woman behind. 

But most importantly,  staying safe while having fun while exploring new areas and making new friends ! ! !
