 South Broward Wheelers will have a special ride in partnership with our sponsor, Myocise Wellness. Join us for a 7:30am scheduled ride, which will be followed by a post-ride wellness stretch and exercise routine hosted by Myocise Wellness. Bring a towel or exercise mat if you wish to participate in the wellness stretch. Light refreshments will also be provided by Myocise as they give us a tour of their facility and share information about their classes, perfect for cyclists at any level.
