We may start most of our Sunday rides from Lester's, but we have always have different routes, speeds, distances and find new exciting destinations.  

We ride a rotating pace line and emphasize traffic rules- stopping at stop signs, red lights, etc. 

All rides will have a rest stop about half way.

We treat each other with respect and leave no man or woman behind.

But most importantly staying safe

while having fun and exploring new areas!

Experienced (16-18 mph) for 35 miles

Advanced (18-20 mph) for 40 miles

And introducing . . .

Nick's A Little Faster Ride

Advanced + (20-22 mph) for 40 miles

On this ride, the goal is to maintain a steady 20 mph and sometimes take it up to 22 mph (unless windy). We will implement 4 sprints zones, with regroups, and a regroup means the fast people stop and place one foot on the ground until we are all back together.

OK to drop the ride leader but no one else.

RIDE WAIVER

Everyone is required to sign the waiver and bring it to your first club ride.

By signing this waiver once a year, we can avoid sharing the pen and clipboard before each ride.
